Organization Policy

Security policy configuration for the entire tenant:

Enforce MFA — when enabled, all users in the tenant are required to use two-factor authentication. Only the Tenant Owner or Admin can change this setting.

Two-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Configure MFA for your own account:

Add an MFA device:

  1. Click + Add Device
  2. In the Add MFA Device wizard (3 steps):
    • Device Name — give it a name to identify the device, e.g. iPhone 13
    • Scan QR — scan the QR Code with your authenticator app. If you can't scan it, copy the manual key and enter it in the app instead. Supported apps: Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, Microsoft Authenticator
    • Verify — enter the 6-digit code generated by the app to confirm
  3. The device appears under MFA Devices with Active status
Important security notes
- Keep your authenticator app secure and backed up
- Never share your secret key or QR Code with anyone
- You'll need the authenticator app for every login

Manage MFA devices — in the MFA Devices section, you can edit the name or remove existing devices.
